The image: Binky in Washington DC with George Dubya Bush

The score: Binky does well with the linear distance from the Stoop again, and again his Red Star shirt gains him extra points. One problem with this photo is that the trews can't be seen. Also there seems little reaction from passers by although the fact that some Texas redneck is in the photo gains him a couple of points because he is supposed to be President of something - possibly the Dallas Harlequins. The Committee don't instantly recognise the monument in the background so it is difficult to award points for this. And Geezering Activities are absent again. This photo earns Binky a creditable 386 points.
