Far Flung Geezers: The Competition

Binky at the Lincoln Memorial
The image:
Binky at the Lincoln Memorial, Washington DC, USA
The photo features Martin Luther Binky just before he mounts the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in DC to make an impassioned "I have a dream" speech. I believe that I should be awarded extra points for bravery as the Americans are not shy about offering comments about ones attire. To quote one large African American chap: " Geeze, Man, look at the colour of those pants - you sure are brave wearing them around here!". I also attracted a small entourage who followed me around waiting for something to happen. Never again!
The score:
Binky has done well on the linear distance from the Stoop score, and his betrewsed state also wins him further points especially as it is combined with a Red Star shirt. However the points that could have been scored for doing something stupid (e.g. holding a banner saying "Saddam Hussein's a good bloke", or even worse "Steve Lander is just a misunderstood genius") is lost, although wearing the trews in one of the most dangerous cities in the world does gain Binky some points. There is also no noticeable Geezering activity (coat piling, excessive drinking, holding more than 3 pints, singing, dancing badly etc.), nor is there any noticeable reaction from the locals. All in all it was a good entry but surely it can be improved upon.

The committee of 57 Old Geezers has decided to award Binky 497 points for this entry.
